Before entering the recruiting industry, I built my career in both commercial construction and retail operations. I worked in Division 8 commercial doors and hardware as an Estimator and Project Manager, handling detailed take-offs, bid preparation, material procurement, contractor coordination, and project oversight from start to finish.
 
Earlier in my career, I held leadership and customer-focused roles in retail sales and management at Lowe’s and Home Depot, where I gained experience in operations, team supervision, customer service, and daily store performance.
